Who We Are
ANGELS FOR ANIMALS RESCUE LEAGUE is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization started in Allen County. We have a shelter for the
incoming animals to get shots, spayed or neutered and any other testing that needs done. We try to get them housebroken and adoptable
so they will be loving lifelong companions. Some of our animals are sent to Allen Correctional Institution for obedience training by
the inmates for 8 weeks. These dogs come out of prison housebroken, obedience trained, well socialized and crate trained. Most receive
their AKC Companion Dog Certificate.
The shelter is open 1:00 - 4:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Our goal is to eliminate animal cruelty and suffering in our area. We hope to find good, loving homes for homeless animals, educate
the public on animal welfare issues, and start a spay/neuter campaign in our community to stop the pet overpopulation in our area.
Through your membership and support, you can help us meet these goals. Please join us in our crusade to help the homeless and
neglected animals in our community. By working together we can end the needless suffering of these helpless animals.

Come Visit Us!
We ask you to PLEASE don't just "drop off" your animals. Call us first.
Most of our animals are housetrained or started on housetraining and get used to day to day life in a home.
We also work on obedience training and some of our animals are taken through an 8 week program at a local correctional facility.
Spay/Neuter Clinic
Starting June 1 we will be doing spay and neuters 5 days per week.
